Draft placeholder — pricing, cancellation, shipping, warranty and dispute terms require legal review before public launch.

Personalized orders

Each product is made to the customer’s submitted content and selected design. Customers must have permission to submit all photographs and text.

Preview approval

By approving a preview, the customer confirms that names, spelling, photographs, text, layout and selected content are correct. Personalized orders cannot be refunded after approval except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Timelines

Production begins after payment, intake completion and explicit preview approval. Delivery dates are estimates until shipping is booked.

Digital story availability

The permanent NFC destination remains stable, but reasonable maintenance, safety, legal or misuse controls may temporarily restrict access.

Story hosting by edition

Classic — 12 months of hosting from go-live, then ₹199/year to keep it live (the address is never deleted or reassigned; renewing reactivates it). Metal & Bespoke — lifetime hosting for the life of the product. All prices are GST-inclusive.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of CITY, India.
