Before you begin
Questions, answered plainly.
How long does delivery take?
You begin free and build your story first. Once you approve the private preview, Classic and Metal keepsakes ship in about a week; Bespoke commissions run a roughly two-week white-glove turnaround. Delivery timing also depends on your destination.
What is your refund policy?
Because every card is personalised and made to order, we cannot refund an order once you approve the preview and we begin manufacturing. If a keepsake arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost — just reach out within seven days of delivery.
How does story hosting work?
Classic — 12 months of hosting from go-live, then ₹199/year to keep it live (the address is never deleted or reassigned; renewing reactivates it). Metal & Bespoke — lifetime hosting for the life of the product. All prices are GST-inclusive. Your permanent tap-to-open NFC URL never changes across the life of the card.
Is GST included? Can I get a GSTIN invoice?
Every price shown — ₹999, ₹2,499 and from ₹4,999 — is inclusive of GST, so there is nothing added at checkout. If you need a GST invoice with your business GSTIN, add it during intake and we will issue a compliant tax invoice.
What happens if I lose my link?
The link you receive after beginning is your private key back into the story studio, so keep it safe. If it slips away, contact us with your order number and the email you used and we will restore your access.
Can I change the story later?
Yes. Every edition includes a refinement pass before you approve. After it goes live you can still request edits — small updates are on us, and larger re-designs are quoted case by case so your story can keep growing with you.
