Your private moments deserve careful handling.

What we collect

We collect order contact information, payment status, story text, photographs, theme choices, production details and support correspondence needed to create and deliver your gift.

How it is used

We use this information to process orders, prepare previews, manufacture cards, deliver gifts, provide support and protect the service. Payment card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Desmos.

Private media

Customer media is private by default and served through time-limited access. Story pages are excluded from search engines unless a customer explicitly opts in.

Retention and deletion

We retain order and story data while the service is active and as required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, archival or deletion.

How long your story stays live

Classic — 12 months of hosting from go-live, then ₹199/year to keep it live (the address is never deleted or reassigned; renewing reactivates it). Metal & Bespoke — lifetime hosting for the life of the product. All prices are GST-inclusive.

Grievance officer

In line with India’s Information Technology Rules, our grievance officer is our appointed grievance officer (details coming soon), reachable at grievance@desmos.store. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within the timelines required by law.
